General
➼ To Other Yumeshippers: I'm a sharing / mirrored-sharing yume & will happily draw your OC/sona with characters I also yume ❤️
➼ I reserve the right to refuse any commission request. I also reserve the right to not explain why I cannot take on your commission request.
➼ I will only draw in my art style.
➼ Please be as detailed about the commission as possible (ie. outfit, poses, personality traits, lighting, background, overall mood). Reference images are a must!
➼ I only take NSFW orders from people aged 18 and older. I will be checking, minors!➼ You must inform me if you will be using the artwork for commercial purposes.
➼ You may not resell the artwork, claim that you made it, or modify it so that the watermark is no longer visible.
➼ You are forbidden from using my art for any and all NFTs or generative AI purposes.
➼ You may repost your commission anywhere on the internet, but only with proper credit & a link back to my Instagram and/or Twitter accounts.
➼ I may post these artworks publicly without your express permission, unless we have a privacy agreement -- please let me know in advance! Will Draw/Won't Draw
➼ I will always draw fanart and OCs, unless I believe I cannot properly capture them in my art style.

Payment
➼ All prices and payments are in USD.
For Canadian residents: We can discuss Interac e-transfers if that would be more convinient for you.
For internationals: Order processing through VGen is mandatory (PayPal or credit card)
➼ DO NOT send any form of payment before I have sent you confirmation that your order has been received and the final sketch has been approved.
➼ Payments must be made in full after I have confirmed your order and I have a completed preliminary sketch. Failure to do so in a timely manner (~3 days) after I send you the sketch will result in your order being cancelled and may result in your name being blacklisted.
➼ In the event that I cannot fulfill your order after your payment has been received, I will fully refund you without sending the commissioned 'artwork in progress'.
Revisions
➼ I will send you 4 stages of your commission: sketch, lineart, flat colours, finished work.
➼ All changes made in the sketch phase are free. PLEASE ensure you are happy with the sketch before I proceed to lineart -- do not lie to spare my feelings.
➼ Changes made in the lineart phase will cost 25% extra from the total commission price.
➼ Changes to flat colours are free and unlimited
➼ You may be blacklisted and/or publicly called out with receipts if you ask for an exorbitant amount of revisions during the sketch phase, or become unhappy with the finished commission despite my asking for your clarification and feedback during the process.
Delivery
➼ I will send you 2 files: a full resolution PNG with only my signature, and another with my personal watermark.
➼ (Non-VGen) This will be sent through a shared Google Drive folder in order to preserve artwork integrity. This shared folder may be deleted after 3 months, so PLEASE be sure to download your artwork as soon as possible so it does not disappear.
Other
➼ Send me a ❤️ somewhere in your order so I'll know you read through the entire ToS - or at least scrolled to the bottom 😂
